Coasts

NE Italy (Trieste–Ancona)

The north-east Italian Adriatic in this catalog runs from Trieste to Ancona. It includes the Gulf of Trieste, the Veneto sea-side barrier, Po Delta approaches, Emilia-Romagna sand, and the northern Marche harbour at Ancona. Child places are Trieste, Venezia Lido, Chioggia, Po Delta, Rimini, and Ancona. Coverage is sea-side only. Lagoon interior, freshwater Po, and anything south of Ancona are out of scope. Sand and mixed Folk-5 dominate. Local harder belts exist at Trieste and Ancona; they are not Dalmatian island rock. Trolling and shore-jigging overlays are not Italy-complete. A habitat score is a model match. The permit is Italian. After a Po flood the water can stay unreadable for days; the class did not vanish. Dawn surfcast on open sand is the shore line that is safe to name. This card is the coast entity. Place pages hold the pin. Do not paste Croatian species essays onto Rimini sand.
