Guessing burns the day.

  • Hours on the water looking for a spot that may not hold fish.
  • Fuel spent chasing empty water.
  • Shore that “looks right” — and stays empty.
  • Seabed you can’t see — sand, rock, or seagrass — until you’re already fishing the wrong bottom.

AlgoCatch shows depths, seabed, and species hotspots — before you go.

The first Adriatic tool built so you read the water from shore, car, or boat — not after you’ve already burned the day.

Stop fishing the wrong bottom.

Sand, rock, posidonia — each species has a preference.

Seabed composition is on the chart so you match the ground to the fish.

Dentex is not where gilthead is.

Species filters highlight depth, bottom, and structure that fit your target.

From Adriatic anglers

It works on the water.

Angler from IstriaIstria

I caught a barracuda exactly where AlgoCatch pointed. I did not expect it to be that precise.

Angler with 20 years on the water20 years experience

When I saw the map, I recognized the bottom structure where I already catch dentex. Same layout — I knew it was right.

Both notes came from anglers who tried the map before the public beta. Your water will differ — the point is structure you can read.

Built by Adriatic anglers

We're Gregor and Lenart — we built the tool we needed on the water.

Gregor has fished the Adriatic for over 30 years.

Lenart is a boat captain and passionate angler for 20 years.

The idea for AlgoCatch was born while looking for anchorages and trolling lines in the Savudrija shoals — right where “deep enough to fish” sits hundreds of meters from shore.

No existing tool answered a simple question: “Exactly where should I cast or troll?” So we built AlgoCatch for Adriatic anglers on shore or on a boat.

Frequently asked questions

What do I get on Free?

A free account opens the map with limited tools — enough to explore bathymetry and see how AlgoCatch works. Paid plans unlock the full set of habitats, routes, and forecasts.

What is the difference between paid plans?

Lifetime (€99) is full access with one payment. Monthly (€9.99) and Yearly (€55) are subscriptions. Seasonal (€22) covers 1 May–31 October and can only be bought during that window. All paid plans share the same product access while active.

Which areas are covered?

Istria and most of the Adriatic today. Coverage keeps expanding — fuller Adriatic through 2026, then other Mediterranean coasts.

Does it work on my phone?

The web app is built for mobile browsers and improves with feedback. Native iOS and Android apps are planned for Q1 2027.

Where do the depth and habitat layers come from?

AlgoCatch combines bathymetry and habitat data for recreational planning charts — so you can read structure before you go. These layers are not for navigation or safety-critical use. Always verify conditions on the water and follow local regulations.

Can I cancel a subscription anytime?

Yes. Monthly, yearly, and seasonal subscriptions can be cancelled anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid period. Free never needs a card, and Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge.

Is payment secure?

Yes. Card payments run through Stripe. You can also ask support about bank transfer if you prefer.

When do I get access?

Right after you register. The app is in beta at app.algocatch.com — Free starts immediately; paid unlocks after checkout.
