The chart hub already separates SST from depth and from Folk-5. Open the SST page for how the layer is drawn. If a degree is not written there, it is not written here either.

How to use it

Read the layer with the hour and the Folk-5 class, then the habitat score. A habitat score is habitat suitability, not a fish count. A cold-looking colour is not a licence to invent a threshold.
