What you will learn: how the bell, the list, and the top banner work.
Sheet title: Notifications
How to open: bell icon in the map top bar (you must be signed in).
These are messages AlgoCatch writes (new features, downtime, fishing-season notes). They are not messages from other anglers.
Bell and unread badge
- Tap the bell (Open notifications, or Open notifications, n unread).
- A sheet lists items. Unread ones are emphasised.
- Tap an item to read it. That usually marks it read.
- Some items have Learn more (opens a page) or a dismiss control.
Empty: No notifications.
If the list fails to load: error plus Retry.
Banner
A high-priority notification can appear as a banner across the top of the map (feature / info / warning styling).
- Read title and body
- Learn more if present
- Mark as read
- × to dismiss the banner (the item can still sit in the bell list)
