Croatia spearfishing licence: a speargun is not on the recreational ticket

A speargun is not allowed on the Croatian recreational sea licence. That is the official rule, not a fee this page invented.

Do you need one

Yes, if you will spear. The recreational ticket that covers a handline does not cover a speargun. A sport licence is the family the ministry names for that gear. AlgoCatch does not sell either document.
