Where: More → Weather
Currents help you plan a drift, a trolling heading, or whether a harbour mouth is pushing. They are beta model fields, not a tide almanac.
Open currents
- More → Weather → [Beta] Currents.
- Enable Show current speed, set opacity.
- Optionally enable particles (moving specks that show direction) and density.
- Read the Currents legend in Layers.
- Tap the map to inspect speed / direction / salinity at a point.
Forecast day
A Forecast day control can list Today through several days ahead.

If you tap a future day on Free, upgrade copy says you tried to look past today’s live currents: Free shows live data. VIP adds multi-day prediction. Secondary choice: Stay on live data.
