Mode name: Shore Jigging (short: Shore)
Plan: VIP. Free users see it locked in Fishing Modes.
Shore jigging is fishing from rocks, piers, and walls with metals, jigs, or similar lures. The finder stays near shore (the search is distance-capped). It is not the same as surfcasting.
Unlock and open
- VIP: mode pill → Shore Jigging.
- Free: tapping it opens Unlock Shore Jigging for spot finding. See Upgrade to VIP.
Tools
Same pattern as Anchor, without brak finder:
- Zone finder — species suited to shore work (examples: false albacore, bonito, amberjack, John Dory, bluefish / strelka, Mediterranean horse mackerel, mahi, dentex)
- Saved spots
- Inspect — pay attention to Access (within cast / long cast / beyond typical cast) and shore distance
Turn on Shore distance in Layers.
Do not pick this mode if you will actually fish a sandy beach with a long rod — use Surfcasting.
